Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way, along with tracking info.

🚚 Shipping Carrier
We ship via UPS with discounted rates offered through Shopify to keep your costs low.
Once your order ships, typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

📍 Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

📬 Shipping Rates
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the order's weight, and dimensions. We do not offer free shipping at this time, but we keep costs as low as possible with real-time USPS rates.

❗Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

🕵️♀️ Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are marked delivered.
