Return and Refund Policy – Yayamar Healing

At Yayamar Healing, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Used items cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety standards.

🚚 Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible items.
A prepaid return label will be provided if your return request is approved. Return shipping does not apply to in-store or Point of Sale transactions.

💳 Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

🔥 Final Sale Items
Products marked on "Sale" or under the "Yayamar Healing Deals" collection are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

❗Important Notes
If we receive an item that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, no refund will be issued, and the item will not be returned.
